Internal reporting office

When the Whistleblower Protection Act comes into force in July 2023, so-called whistleblowers will be better protected if they report violations of the law within the company in connection with their professional activities. Whistleblowers can be employees and trainees, but also customers, suppliers, interns, etc. With effect from 1 December 2023, an internal reporting office was set up for the entire PARTZSCH Group. Maria Nebe is responsible for receiving and processing reports.

Data processing type and purpose:

We regularly send out newsletters via e-mail to users and other interested persons who have subscribed.  We use the mailing list provider Campaign Monitor (404/3-5 Stapleton Ave, Sutherland NSW 2232, Sydney, Australia) to send out our e-mail newsletters. By subscribing to our newsletter, the data (your name, company, e-mail address) you specified when subscribing are transferred to Campaign Monitor and stored there. The service provider Campaign Monitor has its registered offices in Australia, and the data are processed on servers / computing centres in the USA. After you have signed up, you receive an e-mail from Campaign Monitor with a confirmation link requesting you to click to confirm the validity of your e-mail address (double opt-in). Campaign Monitor provides comprehensive possibilities of tracking how many users opened and read the newsletters. Such tracking analyses are always group-related and only used with your express consent to individual analysis of the newsletter recipients.
