INTERNSHIP AS A PUPIL
Use a pupil internship within the framework of finding the right job for you to find out what career is the right for you, which work we do at PARTZSCH and how the company is structured. Our experienced employees gladly tell you what makes their job so exciting and interesting and what is important to be well prepared for a certain job.
YOUR MANDATORY INTERNSHIP OR YOUR DISSERTATION
Out of the lecture hall and get your industrial career going! University or college students at PARTZSCH may exchange theory for practice within the framework of their mandatory internship or dissertation supervised by their partner company.
YOUR SUMMER JOB
Assist our various departments in their diverse tasks and gain valuable insights into our manufacturing processes. During your school holidays, you can work mainly in the technical area (production department) of PARTZSCH, provided that you are:
- At least 16 years of age;
- Pupil;
- College or university student or
- Currently in a transition period between school and your apprenticeship, federal volunteer service/voluntary military service or your study.
The working time is 37.5 hours weekly as the maximum. The remuneration is dependent on the field of working.

Energy management system placement
PARTZSCH Elektromotoren GmbH is a long-established family-run company with registered offices in Döbeln/Saxony. We have been manufacturing and repairing electric machines and components for motors and generators that meet highest quality standards for more than 60 years. Using the latest technologies, PARTZSCH Elektromotoren GmbH must be considered one of the most modern companies in the electrical engineering industry.
We are looking for a placement student (M/F/O) as of now to support our team in elaborating theoretical fundamentals for continuation of a management system in accordance with DIN EN 16247-1 (energy). The monthly remuneration for the placement is EUR 800.00.
What tasks will you have to perform during your placement?
- Acquire an overview of the current infrastructure of PARTZSCH
- Perform an analysis of the energy consumers in the company
- Identify influencing factors used to compare energy consumption
- Collect data and prepare them in documents
- Study documents
Ideal candidates should:
- Have a completed college or university study in the field of power engineering, facilities engineering, environmental technology, industrial engineering - sales and marketing, or the like
- Possess high proficiency in EDP (MS Office)
- Be able to work independently
- Possess a high level of commitment and be a good team player
- Be able to work reliably and with responsibility

Student employee (M/F/O), logistics

We are looking for a student employee (M/F/O) to join our team in full time as of now.
What tasks will you have to perform during your placement?
- Data acquisition / data preparation (Excel / ERP system)
- Select container sizes in accordance with the material-specific transhipment volume
- Calculate storage capacities / needs
Requirements:
- You are a college or university student of economic sciences with focus on logistics
- You are proficient in working with the MS Office package
- You are able to work carefully and on your own initiative
