Sheet metal fabrication

SHEET METAL FABRICATION

We produce stator and rotor cores from laminated electrical sheet steel. Up to a laminated core outside diameter of 1,250 mm, we cut them as a complete contour; larger diameters are produced as segments and assembled into a complete stack. Thanks to our extensive range of equipment, we can produce components and series for the most varied requirements. Cutting is performed by way of laser and water jet.

Our range of services

  • Laser cutting
  • Water jet cutting
  • Several variants of stacking (direct lamination, segmented lamination, free lamination, lamination by way of a stacking mandrel)
  • Reverse engineering for repair and replication: From contour detection by way of scanning via reconstruction on the CAD computer up to sheet metal cutting

Your advantages at a glance

  • Job shop and series manufacturing
  • Different laminations possible
  • Sheets tailored to your needs
  • Steel coil storage with approx. 500 ... 600 t of different qualities of electrical sheet steel always in stock
