REPAIR OF A SYNCHRONOUS GENERATOR

We managed to repair a synchronous generator for the paper and cardboard factory Varel in only four weeks. This meant one month of time for: Disassembly, rewinding of the magnet wheel and exciter rotor, rewinding of the stator, vacuum pressure impregnation (VPI), remanufacture of the core assembly, reassembly, and commissioning.
