To this end, we perform repairs, maintenance and checks – and can even build you a new machine, where necessary. With us, you get all services from a single source. This makes us fast and efficient. Over 500 employees at our headquarters in Döbeln are on hand to answer your individual wishes – also directly on site at your machines, if you wish.
Repair and maintenance
Drying, dyeing, drying – everything hairdressers can do, we can do better for your machines and components. And plenty more besides, of course: From overhauls, via mechanical refurbishing and component replacement to complete tests and measurements, either at the factory or on your premises.
Special designs and replications
Machine building is our passion - we manufacture your special prototype according to your requirements and develop it further up to series maturity. But we also replicate machines, also without original documents, and offer you special solutions tailored to your needs.
If something is conceivable, it must also be possible – that is our credo when it comes to the further development and optimisation of existing technologies. We benefit from our experience in machine building over many years.
Balancing and overspeed testing
A rotor must rotate smoothly - without unbalance. We gauge your rotor and balance it at nominal speed with weights between 10 kg and 32 t.
Whether milling, turning, grinding, sawing or other technologies – manufacturing machine parts, especially for electrical machines, is one of our core competences.
Trust is good, but a precise check is even better – we already put our products through their paces during manufacture, with testing based on the most varied electrical, mechanical and imaging methods after each important step in the production process.
We come to you! Wherever you are located – our on-site service does not stop at borders. Whether repairs, assemblies or maintenance - we do it on site wherever possible.
