We guarantee you highest quality of our products because our products – whether the individual winding or the complete machine - are subjected to appropriate electrical, mechanical and imaging tests after each relevant step of manufacturing.

Our range of services

Electrical tests:
  • 4-wire resistance measurements up to a measuring current of 10 A
  • Insulation resistance measurements up to 5 kV
  • Mobile impulse voltage withstand tests up to 40 kV
  • Stationary impulse voltage tests in accordance with EN 60034-15 up to 100 kV
  • Stationary AC high-voltage test systems: 60 kV/8 A, 30 kV/15 A, 100 kV/200 mA
  • Mobile AC-high-voltage test systems: 35 kV/4 A, dissipation measurement systems, partial discharge (PD) measurement systems, frequency generators for the range between 500 Hz and 2,000 Hz

 

 

Mechanical tests:
  • Length measuring devices up to a length of 1,800 mm
  • 3D measurements by way of laser tracking systems

Machine tests:
  • No-load tests of motors and generators up to 1,200 kW
  • Vibration measurement and vibration analysis
  • Oil supply for machines with sleeve bearings
  • Power supply up to 11,000 V (three-phase) and 850 V (DC)
  • Torque measurement up to 10,000 Nm
  • Crane capacity up to 120 t
  • Cooling water supply for air-to-water heat exchangers
  • Temperature monitoring
  • Recording of the measurement values by way of multi-channel process systems (MCPS)
  • Field balancing up to 4,500 min-1

 

 

Testing of laminated cores:
  • Adjustable power supply from 0 to 400 V/400 A for magnetisation of rings
  • Thermal imaging by way of infrared cameras from Infratec
  • The thermal imaging camera can be used for various applications, e.g. for the analysis of soldering joints and crimp connections
  • Power supply 25 V/1,000 A (AC) and 25 V/1,000 A (DC) for tests
