THE TECHNICIAN AWARD OPENING CEREMONY AT PARTZSCH
The Saxon Technicians Award has been presented to the best graduates of 16 technical schools in Saxony for the past ten years. The opening ceremony for the Technician Award 2019 was held at PARTZSCH Elektromotoren on Tuesday.
Guests were Prof. Dr. Clauß Dietz (founder of the DPFA Academy Group and initiator of the Technician Award) and Matthias Damm, District Administrator of Mittelsachsen (Central Saxony), and many more.
The Technician Awardwas launched in 2009 as an initiative of the Saxon educational provider Academy Group. The winners are determined by an expert panel and were honoured at the award ceremony on 5 July, where they also received their prize money. The competition draws attention to the impressive value of a certified engineer for the economy and at the same time seeks to attract potential technicians and enterprises in the region for this special training.
